Ways to Deal with Wrinkles

The best way to deal with wrinkles is to prevent them from coming.

Balanced Diet - Diet has a very important role to play in your life. Almost everything is based on what you eat including the time, quality and quantity. Choice of food is important. For healthy skin foods rich in vitamin E and C are good. Drinking plenty of pure water is very important for a glowing and flawless skin.

Sunrays - Sun is the main culprit when it comes to
skin problems. Overexposure to sun can cause excessive damage to your skin. If you can avoid going out in sun, it is good. Otherwise you can make use of sunscreen and sunglasses while going out.

Regular Skin Care - Taking care of your skin is very important. If you keep your skin clear of pollution, dust and damages, you will keep away wrinkles to great extent. Rejuvenate and exfoliate your skin at regular intervals so that dead skin is rubbed off and gives way to new and fresh one.

Nourishing Your Skin - Vitamin E is very good for skin. You can cut the capsule of vitamin E and mix it with the normal moisturiser that you use and massage your face gently for good results.

Facial Expression - Try to maintain a pleasing expression on your face so that your face muscles stay relaxed. Avoid frowning and eye brow rising as they may leave permanent lines on your face after sometime.

Natural Remedy - There are some natural remedies to keep your face wrinkle free. For example mix two tea spoon of honey, a pinch of turmeric powder with few drops of lemon and massage on your face. Leave it for 10 - 15 minutes and then wash away with normal water.

Remove Makeup - Avoid going to sleep with any cream on your face unless it is recommended for any specific reason. It is good to clean your face properly before you go to sleep.

Sleep on Your Back - It is believed that sleeping on sides cause sleep lines or wrinkles. So, try and avoid it as far as possible.

Well, ageing signs are definitely going to come sooner or later. You can do your best and avoid it as much as possible. Follow the simple ways and take care of your skin and mind your daily routine to get desired results.
